Payment of $85 per class will be due upon submitting your racing entries, and you will be forwarded to our secure payment processor to complete your transaction.
We are using a Paypal gateway to process payments but you do not need to create a Paypal account to pay. There is an option to proceed as a guest without creating an account.
You will receive an email upon a successful submission and payment - please confirm your email address carefully. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
In order to help the organizing committee fill in the necessary volunteer duties, you will be prompted to provide your choice of racing sets in which you can participate in volunteer activities. Every driver is required to select 2 sets and can volunteer for an optional 3rd set. Please confirm your classes from the racing schedule published on the website before beginning.
Volunteer duties will be assigned by the organizing committee to help run an efficient racing program for all participants. It is the duty of each driver to know their assigned duty schedule and to arrive promptly before the start of the appropriate set. Failure to arrive for assigned duties will be grounds for review by the race committee and the issuance of yellow card(s).
Online registration will close July 16, 2023 at 9p EST.
Late entry will be available onsite at Wakefield but will incur a $50 late-payment fee PER CLASS. Late entries made to meet minimum boat counts for national awards will also incur the late-payment fee - no exceptions!
Current class registration information will be made available on the BSOA Racing website, including category, class and driver name - please watch your classes for entry counts and remind your fellow drivers to register before July 16 to avoid a late-entry fee.
An annual 2023 APBA racing membership in the entered category is required to compete in a national championship race. Drivers will be validated against membership rosters with the APBA National HQ.
